Joel has been with us for a few years. When not being a charter captain with us he is working in real estate or piloting yachts in Alaska. He is very friendly and many times will work with his wife
Brandon has a sailing and power yacht experience, serving as the Director of a prominent sailing club in town. He’s a San Diego native who’s professional, courteous and has a passion for the water.

Mo is a very caring, detail oriented facilitator. She takes pride in making sure that every detail of each cruise goes smoothly and efficiently.
Jane has been with us for a couple years. She is very professional and will do a superb job on your charter. As well as working on our power yacht she races sailboats every week.
Has a long history as a charter Captain on various types of yachts. He did 20 years in the US Navy and has been on the water a lot. He is very knowledgeable about the San Diego area.
Amber has been with us for over a year and when not on the water she is as real estate agent. She is so great as a crew member and we get many great reviews from our customers that she has helped.

Charter Yacht Captain
Needed part-time USCG licensed captain with minimum of a 100 ton license and experience as well as knowledge of the San Diego area, San Diego Bay and wildlife. Both weekdays or weekends available. Need to be mature and out going with a GREAT personality, as it is all about keeping the people safe and giving them a great charter. Prefer someone that lives close to Point Loma or Downtown. We do bay tours, engagements, burials at sea, whale watching and various other charters. When you are responding please send a resume and tell us why you would be good at this position. Must be dependable and you will be asked to take a drug test.
Charter Yacht Host
Part time yacht hostess/host needed – a few times a month with either weekday or weekend availability (we need both). You will need to be mature, out going and love to help people. Must be caring think of others, sharp and think ahead. Prefer someone that lives close to Point Loma or downtown as we go out of San Diego Bay. This is a great way to spice up your life and help others. We do bay tours, engagements, whale watching and many burials at sea. Because of the sea burial component to the position we are looking for someone who can sympathize with our families and perhaps has lost someone themselves. Age of applicant in not that important but personality and the ability to safely maneuver on a yacht is. We are looking for an individual who can make a long term commitment, is dependable and is not prone to sea sickness. Knowledge of tourist information in San Diego Bay, wildlife and familiarity with boats is a plus. You will be asked to take a drug test.
