If you have additional questions, feel free to call us directly. We’re happy to help.

Do you offer individual tickets or per-person pricing?

No. We specialize exclusively in private yacht charters. Your group reserves the entire yacht—never shared with others.

How much does a private yacht charter typically cost?

Most private yacht charters vary depending on the yacht, group size, and duration. We’re happy to provide clear options based on your needs when you call.

How many people can a yacht accommodate?

We offer a range of yachts that can accommodate small private groups to larger gatherings. The best yacht depends on your group size and experience you’re looking for.

How long are most charters?

Most charters are 2–3 hours, though longer experiences are available depending on your plans.

What is included with a private charter?

Each charter includes a licensed captain, private yacht, fuel, and a personalized experience for your group. Additional options such as catering or special requests can be arranged.

Can we bring food and drinks?

Generally yes, option are different for different yachts. There may be a clean up fee associate with bringing food. Often we can also arrange catering.

How far in advance should we book?

As soon as you can. The sooner you book the more likely we will have a charter time open that fits you schedule.

Why choose a private yacht charter instead of a public tour?

Private yacht charters offer a level of privacy, flexibility, and overall experience that public boat tours simply cannot match.

Your group has the entire yacht to yourselves—never shared with others—creating a quiet, personal environment for relaxing, celebrating, or spending time together.

Unlike fixed-route tours, private charters are fully customizable. You can choose where to go, how long to stay, and what type of experience you want—whether that’s sightseeing, wildlife viewing, or simply enjoying time on the water.

Private yachts also provide a more comfortable and upscale setting, with spacious seating, open decks, and optional amenities such as food, beverages, or catered experiences.

The result is a more personal, flexible, and memorable experience on San Diego Bay.

Payment Policy

We do require a somewhere between a 25% – 50% charter deposit when you book the charter with the rest due at the time of the charter. For larger yachts the remainder may be due a few days before the charter. We accept checks, visa and master card. Your credit card serves as a damage deposit, so remember, you are responsible for the conduct of your guests.

Cancellation Policy

By canceling 15 days before your scheduled charter you incur no penalty, except for a 10% administration fee. Canceling less than 15 days in advance will cause you to incur a penalty of 50% of the yacht charter rate. Canceling the day of the scheduled charter you will forfeit 100% of your charter fee.
Gratuities
Gratuities are appreciated, but we do not include them in your charter price for the smaller vessel. If you enjoy your charter please show the crew your appreciation.

Departure Locations

We are located in America’s Cup Harbor and usually depart from there. There is plenty of free parking at this location.

We can also depart from other locations but most hotels charge a docking fee ($100-$200). We will also need to charge you a remote fee travel time of $100 – $200/hr depending on where we are required to pick you up.

Rain / Storm Policy

The yacht is enclosed, so you will have a great charter even in the event of not perfect conditions – in the case of rain. If raining however you may cancel. In the case of storm conditions it may not be appropriate to go on the water and we may have to cancel.

Pet Policy

We are big dog people and love all pets. We do occasional have dogs on the boat but do not encourage it for two reasons. For one there is the bathroom issue. The second concern is that they could easily fall overboard.
